Two Saturday's ago I did the cutest session ever for the Thompson family! Carson is this sweet, little buckaroo that I have watched grow up to be quite the little cowboy. Kaci and Seth are his parents and Kaci’s dad is the preacher at the Cowboy Church out in El Paso. It started out with a ride on a Mule(the atv kind), through a cow-filled pasture out to the area we had designated for our shoot. My daughter Devyn and her friend Ashley came along to assist me. They hopped in the back of the Mule, of course thinking it was the coolest thing ever. I never know how good the lighting will be at the locations my clients choose for me to come and shoot, but this one turned out to be phenomenal. The fields were picture perfect (literally), and the horses were so well behaved. Carson loves his horse Prissy and you can see the passion growing in his little eyes for these animals. He kept picking pieces of grass and calling them his swords! Completely and utterly ADORABLE. Although his parents did bribe him with a new Ninja Turtle if he behaved. LOL. Hey sometimes you gotta’ do whatever it takes. Needless to say, at the end of the shoot my daughter decided she now wants a cow! How funny. I enjoyed this beautiful family and I am excited for them to have these memories displayed in their home for many years! Yee-Haw
